At CBS, key responsibilities are of academic and administrative in nature. As far as academics is concerned Sunil handles Strategic Management, Accounting and Finance areas
He is also responsible for various functions like staff development, corporate relations and admissions.
Earlier, he has worked as Program Leader at Daly College Business School, Indore for 10 years. He was also a faculty at D’mont Fort University, UK.

Rekha Attri :

Rekha Attri with her teaching experience of around 9 years has worked as a marketing faculty in various educational institutions. She was the lecturer for marketing at Third Eye College in Guwahati, Assam and has handled modules like Principles of marketing, Advertising management, International Marketing Management, Small Scale Business Creation and Brand Management. She has served as an Associate faculty member at Cerebral Heights which is a premier institute for preparing the students for competitive exams. At Cerebral Heights , she conducted sessions on Enhancing the skills for Group Discussions, Develop presentation skills, Skills for facing personality interview and to induce proficiency & communication skills. Before joining Core Business School she was working as a lecturer at Daly College Business School, Indore. She conducts lectures on Brand Management, International Marketing, Marketing of Services and Marketing Communications. Her teaching methodology includes discussions on various case studies, live projects and real time assignments etc. along with the routine class room study. She has enrolled with the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) for pursuing Ph.D. Her topic of study is "A study on Branding Strategies of OMCs in India: A Case for Segment wise Branding off Auto Fuels". She is also doing research on the topic of Multilevel marketing Scenario in India. The research encapsulates the illegal pyramid structure vs. legitimate network marketing organizations with special reference to the city of Indore.

Besides this Ms. Attri is a part of the faculty-consultation team at Core Business School and has conducted Management Development Programmes (MDPs) for the professionals of Engineering and Polytechnic institutes of Government of Madhya Pradesh in collaboration with Indo-German Tool Room, Indore. The topic covered by her were Personal branding, Service Quality in Education, Development of Performance Appraisal system for educational institutes etc.

Dhiraj Dalal :

Having worked in manufacturing industry after graduation, out of his inclination towards academics he joined MITM, Indore as lecturer. Along with Strength of Material and Automobile Engineering he also taught Engineering Drawings subject to all 360 first year students and achieved highest results in Madhya Pradesh in 2004-05. Later on he joined IMS learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. as a faculty for Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation. Before going for post graduation he was working as an Assistant Centre Manager for Indore centre for almost one and half years.

In his post graduation at Goa Institute of Management (GIM, Goa) apart from regular courses in Finance (Fixed Income Securities, Investment, Derivatives, Risk Management etc.) he also did Course of Independent Studies (CIS) on Valuation and completed valuation of Reliance Petroleum Limited. He also wrote dissertation on "Islamic Banking in India; potential, benefits & Implementation".

Apart from teaching finance subjects (Financial Management, Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities etc.) he also heads infrastructure and Compliance department. Under his leadership Core Business School (CBS) got "Approval Letter from AICTE" in year 2009 and "Extension of Approval" in year 2010 and in year 2011. All infrastructure development and maintenance activities are performed under his supervision in CBS round the year. Under his guidance, students are organizing events and facilitating system as core committee members of Finance Committee (FINALYST), infrastructure committee (INFRACOM) and mess committee. His prior experience of teaching Quantitative Aptitude and DI is helping students to prepare for written test in final recruitment process.

Meetesh Jha :

An alumnus of St. Paul H S School (2000), Meetesh completed engineering in Information Technology from first batch of MITM, Indore. After B. E. he worked as Software Engineer with Impetus Infotech (I) Pvt Ltd, Indore for around 3 years. Along with corporate work experience, out of his passion for mathematics Meetesh used to teach mathematics at various levels like XI, XII, engineering entrance, BE, GATE etc.

In 2007 went on to pursue MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. After having a couple of job offers from campus recruitment the interest for academics and passion for mathematics attracted him to join CBS for its value system where he handles Personnel Management and General Management areas.

Along with this he takes care of Corporate Interface at CORE Business School. Along with academics he provides consultancy to various companies of India which keeps him updated to the latest corporate practices. Currently he is associated with Mastishka Intellysis (http://macsindore.org/management.php) on honorary basis.

In addition to this, to stimulate the students on social issues Meetesh facilitates the students to take up various initiatives like association with an NGO called Goonj (www.goonj.org), teaching students of nearby villages, blood donation camp, developing websites for various non-profit organizations etc.

Prayas Tarani :

PGDM from ITM - Navi Mumbai in the area of specialization in Retail Management & Marketing, Prayas is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Ujjain. He is associated with education sector since 2004 to guide engineering entrance students in area of physics and chemistry. He is experienced in handling projects of Future Group, Wadhwan Group, Next Retail India Ltd. etc. As far as academics are concerned he has published papers in national and international conferences. Amit Kejriwal:

Amit Kejriwal has done his bachelor's in computer applications from St. Xavier's college, Ranchi. He belongs to a business backgroound family and thus has a business acumen from the very beginning. After his graduation, he has worked in SPS Steels Rolling Mills Ltd, Kolkata for more than 3 years in various departments - Sales & Marketing, IR and HR. Amit has pursued his MBA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur. During his tenure in XLRI, he has handled several projects with many corporates such as Vodafone, Priya Foods and US Technologies Global. After his MBA, Amit has worked in Human Resources department in Indus Towers Ltd - a JV of Airtel, Vodafone and Idea - for more than a year.
Amit is an avid reader and is a library in itself. He is a certified administrator of Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis and related instruments as well. His inclination towards studies and Core Business School's value system has brought an association between us as a faculty member in Human Resources arena. Along with academics, Amit is keen to take consultancy projects from industry to expand his horizons of knowledge and there by adding value to his teaching.

An MBA in Finance & Marketing from IIPS, DAVV, Indore. By profession Sudeep is an Associate Member and Practitioner with the Institute of Costs & Works Accountants of India (ICWA). He is also a Master in Commerce (M. Com.) from Barkatullah University, Bhopal and a CA Intermediate. He is also certified by the Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI) for the Dealer's Registration.Sudeep has a varied experience in the Fields of Accountancy & Finance, Auditing & Taxation. He also brings with him a rich corporate experience in the fields of Banking Credit, Financial Management & Planning, and Insurance. He has worked with the Insurance Industry, Credit Industry and Finance Departments for a considerable period of time at various Managerial Positions. Prior to joining the institute he has been a visiting faculty with a few Management Institutes along with his occupation with SBI Life Insurance as an Assistant Manager (Operations) wherein he has been a co-ordinator for various projects including Office Automation, Training and ISO Certification for the concerned centre. He has been a Manager (Finance & Accounts) with a construction company prior to this for two years with a responsibility to handle all the financial aspects of the firm and its associated subsidiaries. He has worked with ICICI Bank in the Credit Operations Portfolio for 1 year. The rest of the experience include Audit and Taxation during which he handled the responsibility of conducting Audits (Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit) for various companies while being employed with CA firms.Out of his keen interest in Academics he shifted from industry to academics. Along with the core academic area, he takes care of the Financial Planning and Examination Department. He is also a Part Time Practitioner as an Associate ICWA functioning in the areas of Cost Audit and Financial Consultancy (in various areas). He recently got enrolled as a Research Scholar with DAVV and is pursuing his PhD in the area of "Corporate Reporting Patterns and Requirements".

During 5 years she handled key responsibilities area in Retail Banking, Solving customer complaints, preparation of MIS reports, Attrition reports, ATM downtime reports etc. She is being associated with Core Business School since 2010. She takes care of subjects including; Retail Banking, Investments and financial markets. Also she handles in training students for placements.

Kavita Dalal :

Kavita has done her post graduation in the science stream with Mathematics as specialisation from North Maharashtra University. Earlier she was heading mathematics department of St. Joseph convent school in Jalgaon. She has produced best results of mathematics in the district during her tenure at St. Joseph. Along with teaching she was also in charge of development of Extra - Curricular activities in the school.

Apart from teaching Quantitative Techniques and Operations Research, she is also contributing by taking classes of communication skills and personality development at CBS.

Kapil Joshi :

Kapil completed his engineering in Mechanical from MBM Engg. College, Jodhpur and MBA in Marketing from IMS, Indore. He worked with organisations like Reliance Industries Ltd. (RPMPL and Reliance Fresh) Future Group (Big Bazaar). The last assignment prior to joining us was as Store Manager for Big Bazaar at Agra. He has got a rich experience in Retail industry. It was his passion for academics which has brought him to the field of management education.

At CBS he handles subjects of Marketing Management area. Along with this he takes care of Admission Process at CORE Business School.

Minali Badjatya :
