TNS Global is the only ISO 09002 certified company in India and on an average conducts approximately 2000 interviews per day. This speaks volumes about the quantum of work handled by this organization. The company has undergone syndicate research in various fields and one such field was the auto sector. 26st Janaury 2010 : Republic Day

Even before the independence of India, the Indian National Congress unfurled the Tri Colour Flag on 1st Jan 1930 and a pledge of was taken that every year 26th January would be celebrated as the "Independence Day" , so it was the day selected by us as the independence day. Later on India declared herself as Sovereign Democratic Republic on 26th January 1950. The act of framing the constitution puts Mr Bhim Rao Ambedkar into the spotlight, whose extravagance and sharp insights helped in drawing the document. Being true Indians we at CBS were very much enthusiastic to celebrate this patriotic day as a tribute to our Nation.

To commence with the ceremony, our Dean Mr Sunil Chaturvedi hoisted the flag which was followed by the words of our fellow mates. They shared with us how India has evolved in the period of 60 years, how the problems like poverty, corruption, unemployment, terrorism has stunned India, and how we can change our faulty system and strive for a better future. A patriotic song sung by a team of 5 students, gave each one present there Goosebumps on thinking of how our ancestors laid down their lives to give us a free today. It also forced us to think that how fortunate we are to be born in this country.

Republic Day celebration also had a lot of fun element involving in house competitions between the faculty and students. It involved three competitions: Tug of war , a Volleyball match and eating hot ( OVER SPICEY) Kachauries. Tug of War had students as winners while the faculty had a breathtaking victory in the volley ball match. Rahul Shukla topped the list of the number of Kachauries eaten and was declared a clear winner.
